Dear players,
Draft Mode (originally called Captain Mode) for high ranked players has been available since Season 5 began on December 27th, 2017. Players with Gold, Diamond, Electrum or Palladium tier may enter Draft Mode when they join Ranked Matches. 

According to feedback, however, players were unable to switches glyphs in Draft Mode. There are concerns that when the hero a player frequently uses is banned, the player will unable to compete to the best of their abilities because they were unable to select suitable glyphs for the hero they were going to use instead. Therefore, we decided to temporarily disable Draft Mode after January 10th's update. We are deeply sorry for the late announcement and thank you for your understanding.

We are working hard to resolve the issue. Draft Mode for high ranked players will be back after the update on January 31st. Please keep an eye on the announcements in game.
